The paper sent Judge Stoner the same three questions it sent the county’s other unopposed Common Pleas judge, on Sept. 30, with a deadline of Oct. 14, and one question of her own. There was no answer. These were the shared questions:El periódico envió a la jueza Stoner las mismas tres preguntas que al otro juez de Causas Comunes del condado sin rival, el 30 de septiembre, con plazo hasta el 14 de octubre, y una pregunta propia. No hubo respuesta. Estas fueron las preguntas compartidas:
You are running unopposed. What should a voter know about how you run your courtroom that the ballot does not tell them?Usted no tiene rival. ¿Qué debería saber un votante sobre cómo dirige su sala que la boleta no le dice?
Many people in your court have no lawyer. What should the court do for them that it does not do now?Muchas personas en su tribunal no tienen abogado. ¿Qué debería hacer el tribunal por ellas que hoy no hace?
How long does a typical case in your court take from filing to decision, and how close is that to where it should be?¿Cuánto tarda un caso típico en su tribunal desde la demanda hasta la decisión, y qué tan cerca está eso de lo que debería ser?
