Stanley Goscin opened his first grocery in 1919. The store settled on Stickney in 1935, the city of Toledo wrote in February 2025. The family makes the Polish sausage to a recipe it has never published. The store sells it in four-packs for $26 and in 10-pound cases for $66. The city’s profile says the market got a facade grant through Toledo’s Vibrancy Initiative. It does not say how much.
