A Lucas County judge put the trial of two 18-year-olds off until Jan. 25. They are charged with murder in the dragging death of Joaquin Simmons. Mykayla Arrington, 6, is on a ventilator with two broken legs and bruised lungs. She was pinned under an ATV on Upton Avenue near Marlow Road. Toledo police say a dark Ford SUV turning onto Marlow struck the ATV and drove off.
