Tecumseh is taking comments through Nov. 23 on its proposed 2027-31 parks and recreation plan. Residents can review it at City Hall, the AJ Smith Recreation Center or Tecumseh District Library, and submit comments to the city clerk at 309 E. Chicago Blvd. or the parks director at 810 N.
